Our boxes are packaged safely and securely by experts who have been shipping reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates for many years.
Orders can be easily canceled prior to shipment. However, if shipment is process, the order cannot be canceled and no refund will be made. We will do all we can to work with you in these situations.
Shipment delays do occur infrequently, and you will be notified if this does take place, generally due to inclement weather.
There are no deliveries on major holidays such as New Year's Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Each Country has different wildlife laws, and we do our due diligence in striving to adhere to each and every one. We will never knowingly ship reptiles, amphibians, or invertebrates in violation of any federal, state, or local law. Do your research before placing an order, and do not ask us to make an exception.
If temperatures at the delivery zip code dip below 40F or above 90F, the live arrival guarantee is voided for all reptiles. However, even including winter shipments, our DOA rate is still an incredibly low 1.4%.
If the shipment gets delay on your part, with costumes and/or importation processes. We'll do everything to help you out but you won’t be entitled for a refund on DOA's.
If you do not contact us within 24 hours of delivery or send us the DOA pictures the live arrival guarantee is voided.
If your animal does perish days or weeks after arrival, you are not entitled to a refund or a free replacement.

DOA animals are extremely rare (less than 1.4% of our animals arrive DOA), but if it does occur you need to be familiar with our policy. If you do receive a DOA reptile you must take one picture for each animal and for all the animals in group and E-mail us the pictures at [email protected] within a maximum of 24 hours after arrival.
The first option to ship a replacement animal, with the next order although shipping costs will be the costumer´s responsability or we will refund your purchase price (excluding shipping costs) via credit memo with the next order we can also give on immediate refund depending on the payment method. We are extremely reasonable, but. Every situation is different.
